1. No Refund on membership charges.
2. Refund can be claimed on –

  • Non-delivered products – Non Delivered can be considered after 7 working days of the expected delivery date.
  • Wrong product delivered – difference on the model number, color, making year, and brand name will be considered.
  • Damaged or non-working product delivered. ( Full Unboxing Video Required )

3. Refund Can’t be claimed

Return Policy

  1. We offer a 7-day replacement policy in case of defects in our products.
  2. When placing your order, please be sure to review the product description and warranty information. The only products eligible for this process are those marked eligible for replacement or return. A video showing the defects of the item found during installation must be presented when requesting a replacement.
  3. Customers must bear the shipping cost for both routes, even if the product is replaced within the warranty period.
  4. T-con Boards are not covered by warranty or refund.
  5. Warranty or refunds are not available for items that are listed as non-eligible in the product description.
  6. Universal China Made Boards and other China Made Products are not applicable for Replacement / Refund or Warranty, hence Return, Replacement, or refund will not be entertained/accepted for such products. Please refer product description and warranty details of the respective product while placing the order.
  7. In the event that our supplied product is working, but the customer has identified other defects in their gadget and wants to return the product. A 30% deduction will apply in such a case, and only 70% of your payment will be refunded. However, returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging, and in the condition in, which they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment; Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
  8. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Shipping payment will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
  9. For the eligible products, if you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 7 days. Once we receive the returned item, Ashoka online shop will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).
  10. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
  11. Discounted items are not eligible for a return.
  12. Ashoka online shop will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
  13. Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging, and in the condition in, which they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee.   14. We are unable to issue a refund without an actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
  15. We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
